At Weight Lifting World, we strive to deliver reliable strength training equipment and accessories. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return. For your item to qualify:

It must remain unused and in its original packaging.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items Excluded from Return
Please note the following are not returnable:

Bespoke or customised items

Clearance or marked-down final sale products
14-Day EU Right of Withdrawal
In line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, buyers within the EU have the right to cancel purchases within 14 days from receipt for any reason. This includes reimbursement of standard delivery fees.
To proceed with a cancellation, please email us at support@weightliftingworld.co.uk within the 14-day window. Products must be returned unused and in original packaging.
Refund Process
Once your returned goods are received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or faulty.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
We will gladly exchange items that are defective or damaged. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographic evidence where applicable.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for covering return postage unless otherwise agreed. We offer discounted return services via FedEx, DHL, and DPD—please contact us to arrange.
